Stop alt key from switching between host and guest system immediately

Hi,

Anyone know how to do this:
The alt - key in Vmware is by default used to switch between guest and host
systems.
I always strike that by mistake. Is there any way to stop switching to the
host immediately: eg. confirm by password before going on?

Edit your preferences . I use CTRL-ALT-SHIFT so I can do the
CTRL-ALT-F1 combo under Linux to get to a text console. It's hard to
mistake this combo for anything else. You can also select CTRL-ALT or
other combos if I remember right.
