Mounting virtual disk multiple times

Hi NG,

I´d like to create one big NTFS virtual disk as a backup partition for
some VMs. Would it be possible to mount this drive to more than one
virtual machine at the same time with VMWare GSX Server 3.1.0.9089?

The reason is that I cannot use netdrives on the VMs due to permission
problems inside the IIS.

No, not at the same time.

You don't need to use netdrives, just use VMWares host-shared-folders
feature. This works w/o using netdrives that the host realises.
