W2K and Active Directory

Hi,

I have a very simple and straight-forward question. Can I, using
VMWare, setup a virtual network composed of 1 W2K server managing an
Active Directory domain servin 1 W2K client and 1 XP client?

If the answer is yes which VMWare product should I use?
